3. Products and Seasonal Availability

• Accuracy: We strive to display product colors and textures accurately; however, we cannot guarantee your monitor’s display will be 100% accurate. Images may include props not included in the sale.

• Seasonal Limits: Due to the high demand for Christmas products, orders placed after December 15th are subject to carrier delays and are not guaranteed for delivery before December 25th.

• Availability: All orders are subject to stock availability. If an item becomes unavailable after purchase, we will offer a full refund or an equivalent substitute.

4. Pricing and Payment

• Currency: All prices are in USD.

• Payment Methods: We accept secure payments via PayPal.

• Security: All payments are processed through PCI-compliant third-party gateways. We do not store your full credit card information.

• Authorization: By submitting an order, you authorize us to charge the designated payment method for the total amount, including applicable taxes.

5. Shipping and Risk of Loss

• Scope: We ship to the Continental USA only. We do not ship to AK, HI, PO Boxes, or APO/FPO addresses.

• Transit: Standard processing is 2–3 business days. Total delivery is estimated at 6–10 business days.

• Risk: Title and risk of loss pass to you upon delivery of the goods to the shipping carrier.

6. Returns and Warranties

• Return Window: 30 days from delivery (Extended until Jan 31st for holiday purchases made Nov 1–Dec 25).

• Restocking Fees: We charge $0 restocking fees for eligible returns.

• Manufacturer Warranty: Our trees include a manufacturer’s warranty against defects. This does not cover normal wear and tear or damage from improper storage.

7. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

• Use the site for fraudulent transactions.

• Scrape, hack, or interfere with the Site’s technical infrastructure.

• Reproduce our copyrighted images or text without written consent.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Xmas Fir Tree shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages (such as lost profits) arising from your use of the products or site. Our total liability is limited to the amount paid for the product in question.
