Shipping Policy

At Xmas Fir Tree, we are committed to delivering your Christmas tree safely and on time so you can enjoy the holiday season without stress.

📦 Shipping Area

  • We currently ship within the United States only (excluding Alaska, Hawaii, US Territories, APO/FPO, and PO Box addresses).
  • International shipping is not available at this time.

💰 Shipping Cost

  • Free standard shipping on all orders within the continental USA.

🚚 Shipping Carrier

  • We ship via UPS, FedEx, USPS, or other reliable carriers depending on your location and product size.

⏱️ Order Processing & Delivery Time

  • Processing Time: Orders placed before 2:00 PM EST, Monday–Friday, are processed within 2–3 business days.
  • Delivery Time: Estimated 4–7 business days after processing (total 6–10 business days from order date).
  • Orders placed after the daily cut-off time or on weekends/holidays will be processed the next business day.
  • Peak Season Notice: During the holiday season (November–December), shipping carriers may experience higher volumes, which can result in delays. While we strive for timely delivery, Xmas Fir Tree is not responsible for carrier-related delays.

📍 Order Tracking

  • Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email so you can monitor your delivery in real-time.
  • Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to update after shipment.

📦 Multiple or Oversized Items

  • Large orders or multiple-item purchases may ship in separate packages with different tracking numbers to ensure safe delivery.

🔍 Lost or Missing Packages

  • If your tracking shows “delivered” but you cannot locate your package, please:
    • Check all entrances, porches, garages, and mailboxes
    • Ask neighbors or building management
  • You must contact us within 7 business days of the delivery date to file a lost package claim.
  • We will work with the carrier to investigate. If the package is confirmed lost, we will offer a replacement or refund.

📦 Damaged Packages

  • If your package arrives visibly damaged, please:
    • Take photos of the box and product before opening (if possible)
    • Contact us within 7 business days of delivery at help@xmasfirtree.com
  • We may request photos to process your claim and will arrange a replacement or issue a refund depending on the situation.

🚫 Refusal or Undeliverable Packages

  • If a package is refused or returned to us as undeliverable due to an incorrect address provided by the customer, the customer is responsible for original shipping costs and any return shipping fees.
  • We will contact you to arrange reshipment (additional fees may apply) or process a partial refund after deducting shipping costs.
