Returns & Refunds Policy – XMasfirtree

At XMasfirtree, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your Christmas tree, you may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order.

Return Eligibility

  • Items must be unused, in their original condition, and returned in the original packaging.

  • Returns requested after 14 days of delivery will not be accepted.

  • Clearance or final sale items are not eligible for return or refund.

Return Shipping Costs

  • If the return is due to a customer’s reason (e.g., wrong item ordered, change of mind), the customer will be responsible for return shipping costs.

  • If the return is due to our error (e.g., defective product or wrong item delivered), XMasfirtree will cover the return shipping costs.

Refunds

  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method used at checkout.

  • Once your return is received and inspected, your refund will be processed within 7 business days.

  • Depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take additional time for the funds to appear in your account.

Damaged or Defective Items

  • If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us within 5 business days of delivery with photos of the damage.

  • We will arrange for a replacement or a full refund at no additional cost to you.

Unauthorized Returns

  • Returns that are not approved, are outside the return window, used, or not in original packaging may be rejected or result in a partial refund.
