Returns & Refunds Policy – XMasfirtree
At XMasfirtree, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your Christmas tree, you may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order.
Return Eligibility

Items must be unused, in their original condition, and returned in the original packaging.

Returns requested after 14 days of delivery will not be accepted.

Clearance or final sale items are not eligible for return or refund.
Return Shipping Costs

If the return is due to a customer’s reason (e.g., wrong item ordered, change of mind), the customer will be responsible for return shipping costs.

If the return is due to our error (e.g., defective product or wrong item delivered), XMasfirtree will cover the return shipping costs.
Refunds

Refunds are issued to the original payment method used at checkout.

Once your return is received and inspected, your refund will be processed within 7 business days.

Depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take additional time for the funds to appear in your account.
Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us within 5 business days of delivery with photos of the damage.

We will arrange for a replacement or a full refund at no additional cost to you.
Unauthorized Returns

Returns that are not approved, are outside the return window, used, or not in original packaging may be rejected or result in a partial refund.
