No additional transaction fees are charged by XMasfirtree for using PayPal.

All payments made on our website are processed through PayPal’s secure payment gateway.
Your financial information (such as credit card or bank details) is never stored, shared, or visible to XMasfirtree.

3. Order Confirmation

Once your payment has been successfully processed, you will receive an order confirmation email at the email address provided during checkout.

4. Payment Authorization & Declines

All orders are subject to payment authorization and verification by PayPal.
If PayPal declines or fails to authorize a transaction, your order will not be processed.

We recommend checking your PayPal account or contacting PayPal customer service if you experience issues completing your payment.


5. Refunds

Refunds for eligible orders are processed through PayPal to the original payment method used during checkout.
Once a refund is issued by XMasfirtree, it may take 3–7 business days for the funds to appear in your PayPal balance or bank account, depending on your payment provider’s policies.

If a resolution cannot be reached, you may open a dispute directly with PayPal under their Buyer Protection Program, which covers most transactions for eligible items.


7. Fraud Prevention

To ensure transaction safety, we reserve the right to verify payment details or request additional identification before shipping an order.
Any fraudulent or suspicious transactions will be immediately canceled and reported to PayPal and relevant authorities.
